THE FORECLOSURE PROCESS in WISCONSIN

THE FORECLOSURE CRISIS IS OVER.... or is it?   When it is you that is faced with potentially losing your home, IT IS A CRISIS.

We started our pre-foreclosure team in 2006, just two years before the "Big Crash" and since then have helped hundreds of Kenosha Homeowners who were facing a foreclosure or a potential foreclosure.

At the height of the foreclosure  epidemic, many real estate agents began working with distressed property owners, because their other sources of business dried up.  Now that the market has stabilized,  most those agents abandoned their efforts to help people in foreclosure because quite frankly, it was just too much work for them.

We have a passion for helping those of you who still need our help, and have systems that have worked before the market fell, at the bottom of the market, and STILL today.

The process of Foreclosure is a confusing and intimidating mess to most.  While every state is different ,we have a firm understanding of the Wisconsin Foreclosure Process.  That being said, every circuit court in Wisconsin has slightly different procedures.

Our greatest areas of expertise are in Kenosha and Racine counties.  If you are faced with foreclosure in Kenosha, or anywhere in Kenosha County, we can be a wealth of information to you.

Several years ago, I founded an affiliated company which we have a strategic partnership with.   Our affiliate company specializes in making cash offers for people who need to sell their homes quickly and AS IS.  We even have special programs for people who are "upside down" or "under water" on their mortgage.   This is helpful, as often times when your home is listed as a short sale, its difficult to get an offer.  Buyers simply do not want to wait 6 weeks or longer, sometimes as long as a year, to see if your bank is interested in accepting their offer.   When you are in a situation such as this, we have access to cash investors who will write an AS-IS offer on your home, and wait as long as it takes.

For more information on how to sell your home for cash and get out from under your mortgage, you can also visit their website: Kenosha's Cash Home Buyers

This section is designed to educate those in foreclosure, or faced with foreclosure about the entire foreclosure process, the potential scams that predators will attempt, what options are available to homeowners, and how to contact us for help.

Please read the STOP FORECLOSURE section of our web site, for more information on what your options are, and how we may be able to help you.
