Pros And Cons Of Buying A Condo

There are a few Pros and cons of buying and living in a condominium.  If you are looking for a little more privacy, a condo may not be the best option for you.  You do generally have a neighbor, right on the other side of a wall or across a hallway, in most cases, but not all.  There's no closed in back yard or big front yards, but that may also be a great thing to some people who don't want all the hassle of a house.  You have condo fees, but that could also be the small price to pay for all you get.  The great things about condos are, you don't have to maintain lawn care, you don't have to shovel and remove snow, you don't have to paint, worry about plumbing problems or fixing the roof.  It's maintained by the condo association.  You only have to worry about your own living space..  That gives you more time to relax and enjoy time..  For many, condos are the way to go!!
